The band Atomic Hot Rod emerged in 2004 and stormed into the rock'n'roll and rockabilly scene in the Czech Republic. The trio plays well together primarily because of being the members of a rock'n'roll revival group called The Fireballs. Atomic Hot Rod nevertheless plays rockabilly, Eddie Cochran and Johnny Burnette as well as Stray Cats and Space Cadets. The members of the group are: Pavel Štursa - vocal, guitar; Petr Pospíšil - slap bass; Martin Kleibl - drums. As a guest also Robert Klásek - vocal.
